 Ku-Phon-Ka was born in Ton-Lo coutry in today's Miali county during Ton-Ji 3 of Chin dynasity, his grandfather sailed over ocean to Taiwan during Cha-Lun age, at beginning living in Ton-Shi, after then moving to Fu-Lu-Ton, so most of his childhood passes by in Phon-Yan, because he has organized a revolution army to against Japanese while Japanese aggressing Taiwan, this pavilion was constructed to remember his brave spitits in 1969.

A stela standing in this memorial pavilion, to describe all life about Mr. Ku, this building architecture after old-age, with a deep ancient taste, attached with Ku-Phon-Ka's Champion flag dado gaining from Ga-Yi-Cho courses of national examination, blooming flowers and trees growing surroundings, retired environment, here is the best and highest location to climb up and see far away from Phon-Yan city.
