Phon-Yan's ¡§Fu-Lu-Ton Tsen¡¨ was a waterway through little bridge before, bending salicaceous by green wave, a good view of southern river, which wanders several tens kilometers, doing good to the thousands miles farm domestic and central areas in Taiwan, and supporting Phon-Yan people almost two hundred years, it's so called the live water source of Phon-Yan.

There is a To-Di-Gon temple (A temple living a god to protect earth) in Gio-Tson-Liao-Jan ( a clachan with an old channel), who said during Japanese governing whild rebuild the west Bin main railway, an engineer hired from Taiwan supported an To-Di-Gon idol floating in water at the doorway of Tson-Liao-Jan, after then all of the constructions processing very effectually, the officer of hydraulic authority built a temple to emplace this idol of earth god. Coinstantaneously, he is so efficacious, graduately becoming the god that the local people commonlt act of faith to.

This temple is the only one Sei-Shon To-Di-Gon temple (A temple over water with a god to protect earth ) constructed over a steam way in Taiwan, waterway splits to two in front of this temple, flowing away besides temple, showing a geometry ccorruage wave due from esonance of water wave, usually this channel was under the conduct to the irrigation, while the upstream water amount being over loading this channel performs an effects of splitting and reducing water level.
