Purpose of the activity:
The Past Mountain-line passes through the forest in low altitude of Taiwan. There are many abundant natural scenery, racial culture, folk custom products molded special culture along the railways. To continue this cultural route, the guide who trained with two-days studying courses which take human and natural explanation as subjects and plan the courses about the outdoor explanation of historic locale reappearing and inspire the trainees’ creation and potential for spreading the cultural season of Past Mountain-line. Let them become the persons who keep the Past Mountain-line popularize.

Duration for the activity:
March 27^th, 28^th 1999

Place for the activity:
Past Mountain-line (from Sheng Hsin in Miao Li County to Tai An in Taichung County).

Restriction of the number of the public:
30 persons allowed (residents in Taichung County and Miao Li County have priority to join first)

Expense for the activity:
Free, but need to pay NT$500 guarantee money. We’ll give it back when you finish the total courses.

Contents of the activity:
Two days and one night.
