The railroad itself was a part of life for Taiwanese in early stage. Especially is Past Mountain-line. People who took the Past Mountain-line in early period remain unforgettable memories about return train (due to 25/1000 of steep slope, the train often went back because of failure in climb); one train stopped because the other train’s passing. For people in a hurry, there’s nothing they can do. But for people who are not in a hurry, they can enjoy the view outside the train.
