The Mountain-line has transported for nine decades. The steepest section of railway is from San Yi to Hou Li. There are many abundant human culture, historic spots, and spectacular natural scenery along this railway. Not only out of ordinary of West Railroad Line, but also has a incomparable standing in the cultural development of Taiwan railroads. By painting the Past Mountain-line with artists’ colored brushes, keep the local cultural assets in art forms.
